Music Under the Oaks, Gaylord’s summer music series in the park, kicked off on Wednesday, June 4th.  Music acts will perform each Wednesday through August.  See this week’s Music Under the Oaks advertisement in the Hub for a complete music lineup.

Sibley County’s Board of Commissioners, in a special meeting June 2nd, decided that a discretionary Environmental Assessment Worksheet (EAW) is not required for a proposed temporary asphalt plant.  For more on the story, see the June 12th edition of The Gaylord Hub.

Sibley East had five athletes qualify for this week’s state track meet to be held at St. Michael-Albertville High School.  The five athletes include Gavin Pomplun, Julio Alejandro, Gage Horstman and Mausten Krueger (4×800 relay) and Aidan McCue (triple jump and long jump).
