Gaylord’s Chamber of Commerce, last week, welcomed hairstylist Ashley Latzke, owner and operator of Buzzed on Lincoln, to the business community. Ashley and husband Kyle purchased Haircut Ann’s and will soon take over ownership of the connecting laundromat which was owned by Tom and Ann Whalen.
