Two facing charges in Nov. 2 shooting incident in Winthrop

Two people are facing criminal charges in connection to a shooting Nov. 2, 2020 in the City of Winthrop. Keshaun Schelven Coatie, 24, of South St. Paul,
is charged with Attempted First Degree Murder. Brianna Nicole Watson, 26, of Richfield, is charged with Aiding and Abetting Attempted First Degree Murder. Arrest warrants have been issued for both Coatie and Watson. Coatie is currently in custody in the State of Illinois on unrelated charges.
