Costs identified for 8th St. town home development

A project that has been backed by the city council for months now calls for an all-town home development on city-owned land along Eighth Street. Planned are twin homes on a triangular piece of land on the northernmost end of Eighth Street. Part of that land, on the south end, once served as a track. More recently it was used as a soccer field, but games haven’t been played there in several years.
