Another mild winter!

A late January thaw slipped into the first couple days of February this past week as high temperatures ranged from 35 to near 50 degrees.  Winter is making its return this week with colder temperatures and even some snow in the forecast.  An already dry southern Minnesota missed out on precipitation this past weekend as counties in central and northern Minnesota reported several inches of snow.
