Sibley East Superintendent Dr. Joe Libby and his wife recently coordinated speed and agility training instruction for coaches and athletes at the school.

A stretch of home basketball games starts Tuesday, December 14th when the Wolverine boys host Norwood Young America.  The Lady Wolverines will play in Arlington on Thursday, December 16th (Mayer Lutheran), December 20th (GFW) and December 21st (Sleepy Eye St. Mary’s).

Sibley East’s girls’ basketball team opens its season Tuesday, Nov. 30th against Minnesota Valley Lutheran.  For a season preview on the Lady Wolverines, see the Nov. 25th edition of The Hub.

Four members of the Sibley East Cross Country Teams earned honors last week in the Minnesota River Conference Championships.  For more, see this week’s edition.

Sibley East’s tennis team finished runnerup in the section tournament Monday at St. Peter.  It was one of the best tennis seasons in school history.  Read more in this week’s Hub.

Sibley East’s tennis team received the #3 seed for the section team tournament.  The Lady Wolverines will host #6 Southwest Christian on Thursday (4:00 start).

Sibley East’s tennis team will try to capture a share of the conference championship Tuesday when it hosts league-leading Le Sueur-Henderson.  For more on the Wolverine tennis team and its success, see this week’s Hub.

Sibley East’s football team dropped its third straight game Saturday.  For more details on that contest, see the Sept. 30th issue of The Hub.  The Wolverines will host Blue Earth Area on Friday.
