Change of ownership

Monarch Healthcare Management is in the process of acquiring the Oak Terrace senior living facility/nursing home in Gaylord.   Dennis Hood, one of the Oak Terrace developers, confirmed the sale Wednesday morning.  Plans are to have the change of ownership final by January 31st of 2022.  More information on the ownership change will be published in the December 2nd issue of The Hub.
